SHIPPING POLICY
Medixa delivers medical scrubs to customers across Pakistan. We currently ship within Pakistan only.

SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer free shipping on all orders within Pakistan.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME
Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within:
Major cities (Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi): 2–4 business days
Other cities and areas: 4–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. We may call or message you to confirm your order before dispatch. Please keep the exact amount ready when your order arrives.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, we'll send you tracking details by email or SMS. Courier name, e.g. TCS / Leopards / PostEx]

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. If a delivery fails because of incorrect details or because no one is available to receive it, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy.
